Overview

We have worked with a few brands in the DTC oyster/seafood business. Majority of which we had taken on starting from scratch. We have supported in branding, website redesigns, and PPC.

Problem

Looking to find positioning and a lane within the DTC/online oyster business shipping directly to shore to door to end consumers. Brands were looking for a way to standout and grow market share in what was a relatively new channel for them.

Process

First we assessed competitors to decide where our client fit and what brand positioning could look like.  We also looked at product offerings and prices to determine if they were set appropriately within the market. We then set up a marketing calendar and promotional schedule to execute their growth plan. We targeted both content marketing and PPC as methods for growth. 

Outcomes

For one of our clients, DTC revenue increased from ~$2K in 2020 to closing out last year with over $475K+ in revenue. Last year was 26% increase YoY and year to date is boasting another 20% increase YoY. Combined across oyster clients total revenue last year was over $960K.
